Counselling in Bethnal Green, London
I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Bethnal Green, London, Wednesday to Friday. My counselling room is 5 minutes from Bethnal Green Tube Station, next door to York Hall and there’s a cafe in the basement of the building.
People come to therapy for all kinds of different reasons. Sometimes those reasons are clear and specific – for example bereavement or a relationship breakdown. When the reasons aren’t so clear, it’s worth noting that the need for professional help often shows up as chronic or extreme anxiety or depression.
If you are interested in setting up an initial phone chat, to discuss whether we could work well together, please fill in the form on my ‘Arrange Counselling’ page.
